Live Web Cam Scripts.
Id like to have live web cam on my website, but I dont know of any scripts made to do this, Im aware of something called Wowza and Rad5 but this is server side stuff isnt it?

ideally id like to find an open source one to have functionality easily built in to later for customization

Could anyone point me to in the right direction to getting live webcam on my site, with the options of using ccbill preferably as payment for time.

Just throw up a white label, I can show you how, or if it's for one model, we have a module for that

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
