I am not sure why you say we don't pay, but that's about the first time I have ever heard that in my 6 years with them. If you send solid joins and don't pull anything resembling fraud, you'll get paid every single time payouts are sent. If you are having issues with being paid, you should contact me and I'll do my best to help you. But we always pay and always have.

I said "and avoid Bustercash if you want to get paid." That means it refers to BusterCash. It's the second clause in the phrase.
