Yep; using harvested lists is indeed illegal but I don't see where I wrote anything about harvesting lists, nor do I see where I wrote or suggested that anyone should do so. Mailmascot when used in conjunction with an effective double-opt-in or "closed loop" autoresponder is a powerful tool.

Xrumer, Scrapebox and Scrapeboard are automatic forum posters and do nothing that is in any way illegal.

Now get into your corner and get that dunce cap on!

And next time you want to spread around a little hate, try to have at least the vaguest notion of what the fuck you are writing about, mkay?

Lol. So you scrape an email address and then spam it asking them to opt in?

you're a funny guy!

anyway, the OP asking for a mailing script, not an illegal harvester

The only one writing about "scraping" or more technically correct, "harvesting" email lists here is you. The systems which I have suggested involve no "spamming" of any kind, do not use "scraped" or "harvested" email lists and are entirely legal.

I suggest that you read the rest of the thread and then find someone with a chain hoist large enough to help you pull your head out of your ass and your foot out of your mouth.

I'm wondering though if you are really as stupefyingly ignorant and uneducated as you appear or if you're only faking it for purposes of trolling?

In the meantime, back to your corner with the dunce cap!

Oh I'm sorry, it must be a totally different product called MAILMASCOT:

"The tool email harvesters from Twitter and Craiglist."

"This blackhat mailer has also a normal harvester of emails ? it will harvest them from a page given."

Seriously, do you just post really stupid things to get people to point out how fucking stupid you are for a laugh?

You can't actually be this stupid, can you?

You're a funny guy, either way. Love how you pretend idiocy is something to be proud of!

Now that you have brought up the subject of idiocy; a subject with whc=ich you appear to have a very close relationship, let us further explore this thread and my comments therein.

(If you cannot read the thread, please have somone read it aloud to you!)

I have repeatedly written that I do not support or advocate for the use of harvested email lists and in fact discourage mailers from using such lists.

As an automobile has the capability to run over any number of pedestrians, it need not be used for that purpose, as a Walther target pistol may be used to blow away your neighbor because you are tired of him cutting his lawn at 6 am, it need not be, as Microsoft Word may be used to write "hate speech", it need not be.

Mailmascot is a highly featured and very powerful bundle which does indeed include an email harvester but one does not need to use it. The mailing capabilities of the software are the most important to me as I use only double-opt-in lists of my own anyway.

The use of harvested lists is clearly prohibited by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 even if the mail is sent from outside the USA. The use of harvested lists is legal in some coutnries but I'm not in one of those countries and the sending to the USA using such lists could get you in a jam real fast.

At the risk of reading as repetitive....no, I'm going to be repetitive. I do not advocate for the use of or reccomend the use of harvested lists and encourage all mailers to reamin in compliance with all applicable laws and to develope systems through which they generate their own highly targeted and niche oriented double-opt-in lists.

And you were writing just what about idiocy?

Why are you suggesting software that advertises itself as blackhat, is built for illegal spam and uses scrapers?

You know blackhat is a bad thing, right?

You're recommending software built for spamming.

Funny little thing.

Obviously you have not read my posts in this thread in which I clearly wrote what I meant and meant what I wrote. Although painful for myself and others, I'm sure, I will reiterate that the email harvesting feature of Mailmascot need not and should not be used where it is illegal to do so. The mailing function works quite well for double-opt-in.

DaminaJ, it appears to me that the real issue that you have concerning the use of the Mailmascot software, at least as far as the link in your sig would indicate, is that the inexpense, eade of use and functionality of the Mailmascot software could endanger your self-proclaimed status as an email guru.

You know, I know and anyone with even the slightest bit of awareness knows that the Google Dance is going to have a new step so often that the Search Engine PR model is will only become more and more difficult.

As more IMers become aware that The Way of The Future lies in niche-oriented doulbe-opt-in (Closed Loop) email marketing because of the difficulty and time factor of learning the new Dance Steps and keeping up with the constant changes are things which will draw more and more IMers to driving traffic to their money pages with such systems which are now much less expensive than previousl and much easier to use, as well as other automated forum posters and link builders.

It's not as though a Cave Man can do it but it's not exactly rocket science, either and that is your real reason for your unwarranted and unfounded attacks on the whole email marketing idea because if this sort of thing catches on..............

...........you might have to work for a living............................................ .....

Not at all, love. The problem I have is you recommended software built for harvesting and spamming email.

I don't sell software, it would have no bearing on my life if the OP bought your spam recommendation or used the free phplist.

According to applicablelaw such posts are NOT "spam" of any kind, only shit you don't like because the guy or doing it might get a leg up on you.

The origin of the expression, "to get a leg up":

The definition of "spam" according to Spamhaus:

"The Definition of Spam

Glossary
The word "Spam" as applied to Email means "Unsolicited Bulk Email".

Unsolicited means that the Recipient has not granted verifiable permission for the message to be sent. Bulk means that the message is sent as part of a larger collection of messages, all having substantively identical content.

A message is Spam only if it is both Unsolicited and Bulk.

Unsolicited Email is normal email
(examples: first contact enquiries, job enquiries, sales enquiries)

Bulk Email is normal email
(examples: subscriber newsletters, customer communications, discussion lists)

Technical Definition of Spam

An electronic message is "spam" if (A) the recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients; AND (B) the recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent."

You will note that only "EMAIL" in the form of electronic messages is referenced in this definition.

Automated forum posters which post to Wikis, blogs and forums are NOT included in the accepted defintion of "spam".

Maybe inside whatever is included in the somewhat vacuuous space between your ears does such a definition exist but the use of opt-in, double-opt-in and automated wiki, blog and forum posters is FUCKING LEGAL EVERYWHERE ON THE ENTIRE FUCKING PLANET, so you just fuck off.

I intend to use each and every LEGAL method of marketing to earn, so how would you like to:

Asked and answered previously in this very thread.

Get someone to read the thread aloud to you or get new glasses.

And the Mailmascot software need not be used for "spamming" within the definition of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or any other offshore relevant law.

Mailmasco, as with any other bulk email program, should always be used in strict compliance with both the laws of the country from which the commercial emails are sent and the laws of the nation in which the emails are intended to be received.

Through the lawful use of Mailmascot and other bulk email programs, run within complete and total compliance with all relative laws, I shall profit.

You, on the other hand will merely continue to whine and struggle along in abject poverty as your clientel moves on but you will have met the requirements of your delusional "moral high ground".

See you in the funny papers!

forget about email spam, you've admitted that you use Xrumer to spread your crap across the Internet shitting on other people's hard work and ruining others' enjoyment of their forum communities.

you're an old man, aren't you embarassed and humiliated that the best you can do in life is scrape the knowledge you find on blackhat forums comprised of kids and desperate third world people to eek out some kind of meager living for yourself?

No,

It is net abuse, you by using Xrumer are causing damage to forums which people have worked hard to build, causing them more work having to filter out your spammy fake users who have joined for no reason other than to drop links all over forums.

The people who do this are cunts, pure and simple lowlife cunts, therefore you are a cunt.

I love it when people take time posting complaining about people taking time to post.

Your irony game is strong, Sir.

I would be bereft should I fail to point out that prior to the CAN-SPAM ACt of 2003, certain "un-named" members of the adult industry, along with thier affiliates were among the most notorious for-real spammers and botnetters on the planet.

To this day, there are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of "adult" (Read: "PORN") sites which are LOADED with viruses, Trojans and other sorts of popup malware, lurking to infect the computers of the unwary or ill-prepared.

The "Adult" industry has counted on this for years and gives all of it "We don't "spam!"; Nudge, nudge, Know what I Mean?, Know what I mean?"

Adult sites are among the most difficult for the consumer to cancel billing or unsubscribe from; you know it, I know it and a lot of other people know it.

Some of you are dicked off at me because I advocate for the use of Double-Opt-In (Closed Loop) emailng, automated forum posters, etc.

Well, Lemmee tell you just the fuck what.............................................

I do a lot of free computer repairs for people and in point of fact, have a repair bench almost 20 ft long with a dozen internet connections to aid in the repair of hijacked computers; hijacked by scum-sucking dirtbags.

The most frequent complaint I get is something like this(After I get them down to the Nitty-Gritty!):

"I went to a porn site and after that, my computer is all fucked up!"

No shit?

People lose their personal information, their files, their family photos and essentially everything they have stored on the box in question because they visited a loaded ADULT (PORN) site.

Many of these people do not have the money to take the boxes to a "computer repair Place" and lack the funds to buy a new one after some shitbag, botnetting pornographer has fucked it up for them.

I keep a few used computers around to GIVE to people whose hard drives have been so damaged by the malware found on porn sites, that the drive needs to be replaced.

All these people wanted to do is look at naked pictures, which is essentially what all of us deal in around here but some of us are dirtbags and set out to infect the computers of those of limited internet knowledge and are very succssful at it.

So here's the deal...................................motherfucke rs.....................................

I do not send DOT EXEs.

I don NOT fucking try to BOTNET.

I do NOTHING which could or would INFECT a surfer's computer and I never will.

Yeah, run Scrapebox, Scrapeboard, Xrumer, Double-Opt-In emailing and some other shit to get links and traffic

Oh, well; Forum Moderators don't like it, "Tough Shit". Moderating is your fucking job and update your security.

In the meantime, kwitchyerbitchin' !

Clean up your own fucking house before you come to mine.

And you got a lot of cleaning to do.

Pot, meet fucking Kettle!

We check for malware, malicious code with Pornobug's crawler, the number of porn sites delivering payloads of bad stuff is actually below the average for mainstream sites.

Wordpress sites were way above the average for both mainstream and porn, about the same figures, we put this down to a large number of people setting and forgetting splogs.

Do you want to know why ? It's because typically porn sites are placed under higher scrutiny than mainstream sites by hosting providers.

SallyRand, why are you here when you have no tangible involvement in this industry ?
