theoretically .. you will not get 320gb in real world usage from 1mbps. typical usage will attain 150gb - 200gb per 1Mbps.

Yeah in reality 44 TB for web serving, is closer to 25-300 Mbps than 137 Mbps.
137 Mbps would be if your traffic was exactly the same all the time, with no busy days,
no slow days, no busy times of day, etc. Exactly how many Mbps will be used for
44 TB depends on a) how steady the traffic is and b) how much slow down you are
willing to accept during the very busy moments.

This amount of bandwidth will run you $1,000 - $4,000 USD in the data centers where we have racks.
