Its actually true. I was doing an article about this. I never understood how they could implement such a thing but looks like somehow they did.

The new TOS says clearly no adult. And accts will be canceled.

Certain cocksuckers with multiple user names on this forum took advantage of ICQ scheduled ICQ maintainence to try to scare everyone to death.

Kind of like the Y2K buttfucks.

The aforementioned cocksuckers may also go fuck themselves.
