As the FSB said, they are installing new sniffing equipment on the servers. So don't worry, everything will be working again once installed

On a serious note, we'll see if the refreshed ICQ will work with all the 3rd party software like Miranda. It has a history of ICQ problems after updates.

Actually it was ABSOLUTELY serious. All servers located in Russia have to provide direct access to FSB (so-called COPM program).
