if that is possible and how to do it?

What on earth do you accomplish by increasing the file size? That is not ever a good thing.. Are you saying that you want to uncompress the images or what??

might come out grainy but photoshop is the way to do it..

open in paint, and save as bmp :D

There is no reason to increase the size of a image.

Easy thumbnails will do the batch resize, as for the a batch "make all files larger" probably find some really crap old software and it will do the job

Use Light Image Resizer 4, i don't see why you would want to re-size it anyway unless it's for personal use.
