Using Zombaio + NATS or MPA3 or just want to switch to the old zombaio join form?

Just a warning to everybody using zombaio as cc processor with NATS or MPA3.

Some weeks ago they switched to a new join form not fully compatible with NATS and probably MPA3 (not using it so I can't check directly). Sales are tracked but the customers see all the join options and there is no way to target customers and join prices according to custom NATS/MPA3 filters.

Today we received an email from the zombaio team with the info to switch to the old join form. I strongly suggest to anybody using zombaio and nats/mpa3 to switch to the old form and to contact toomuchmedia asking for a better zombaio new join form integration. The old join form switch fixed all the problems we had.

Two weeks ago we updated our join forms. During this period we have monitored the join forms closely and see about the same join ratios as the old forms. However the new join forms will probably have a better ratios when the new payment options are introduced the coming months.

However, some of the clients experience that the old form had a better join ratio. For that we have now enabled an option in ZOA, so that you can choose if you want to use the e-ticket form (new) or the old simple credit card form (old).

We recommend you to use the e-ticket form (new). But below is a guide how to switch back to the old form.

If you want to use the new form as recommended, just delete this message and continue using Zombaio as normal.


- HOW TO SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD JOIN FORMS -

Logon to ZOA. Click TOOLS - WEBSITE MANAGEMENT. Then click SETTINGS on the site you want to switch template. Scroll down to the ZOMBAIO JOIN FORM TEMPLATE section and choose template #2 in the select box. When done, click APPLY CHANGES in the template section. Now you are using the old join forms again.

i prefer the old join forms they're more simple. the change takes effect immediately when you switch out in the control panel btw

I also prefer the old join forms and our biggest problem was with the NATS integration. Better to switch to the old one.
