I quit smoking ready made cigarettes whenever that nasty FSC conspiracy shit came out,

then I switched to roll your own tobacco.. which did not have near as many chemicals.

Once I made the transition to normal tobacco, it was much easier to get off.

i had VERY hard time quitting... then i discovered the beauty of e-cigs.... after 16 years now smoke free and loving every minute
