Anyway a friend of mine is interested in getting into porn, she lives in Vancouver. She has been approached by a guy claiming to work for lhtalent.com who made it sound like everything would be fantastic if she would just do one POV scene with him for free first.

Obviously, I told her it sounded like bullshit immediately, since this is an old scam. The site looks like shit, the link to book talent is dead, and there is no contact, 2257, copyright, or privacy information anywhere on the site. However, upon further research, it was launched by Seymore Butts five years ago, and he was on TV for a while, so who knows. Is this a legit way to get in to the porn business?

If not, how does a young lady, with no connection to the adult industry, get started in Vancouver? She is a good person and I want to make sure she gets as fair a deal as is out there for new talent. Any advice will be appreciated.
