investing time and money in adult or mainstream ?

So after few good years in adult, after enjoying freedom of working online anywhere in the world...I decided to scale up my business...I'm not getting younger with every day and I need some savings to be retired in my 40's or even 30's :-)...

So what do you think ? is it still wise to try to do something big in adult (like network of small tubes etc.) or I shoukld rather f.. adult and go mainstream ?

I know adult much better than mainstream.... Would it be possible to make in mainstream 1-2 k $ monthly after 500 hours of work (in 3 months)... I mean passive income, something like we all love in recurring billing ie.
I need to find one or 2 partners....I'm not motivated when i work alone...

You can make money in both areas, however if you take away my offline adult businesses, my mainstream income is much greater. Just dont sell crap products and try to sell things people use and pay monthly for where you get monthly commissions, that way you build regular passive income.

Adult is on it's last leg. Mainstream is where I focus 60% of my time. And it has paid off handsomely.

"retire" is another word for saying "im going to die soon". Never retire, just slow down a bit.

Both are good. The more revenue sources the better off you are.

Agreed.

I for ever thankful that I was able to get in and make money in the golden days for shooters.

Mail order videos before it was slammed down on. Magazines in the glory day and online stores in the glory days.

Now I can safely say, retirement is nice if not too hectic.
