Well, a guy gets hit by a Toyota on a pedestrian crossing, gets his legs broken and thrown away on a reverse lane where he finds his death under the truck. Lawyers say that Toyota driver is only guilty in breaking guys legs not in killing him.

Just curious if someone gets thrown from a building then who's responsible for hit death, the side walk?

Sounds like typical defense lawyerspeak, at least for this type of ambulance chasing case.

Solution: hang the lawyer. Then have the judge order the toyota driver to get a new lawyer that isn't a twat, and they proceed with the trial in a more sane fashion.
