After being threatened with a lawsuit by the Hollywood-funded anti-piracy outfit BREIN, a Dutch payment provider has handed over the personal details of a torrent site owner. The anti-piracy group is targeting payment providers in order to reveal the identity of site owners, as the information owners give to hosting companies is often false.

Nope.
BREIN in the Netherlands doesn't do anything for porn producers.
I have a friend there who runs a big torrent site and when they were doing both porn and mainstream they got raided a few times.
Then they decided to do porn only and they never had any problem with any authorities ever since and they work with the same payment system as mentioned in the article you posted (iDeal, a payment system managed by banks).
Us porn producers don't have any rights, even though we have the same obligations as mainstream producers, the main one being: PAY TAX, OR HANG

Redrob, there are a reasons Hollywood is so fucked up about torrents and piracy, one being the producers are liable payment to the actors for ALL performance, not just the legal permanences. i.e. SAG/AFTRA can go after the producers for payment for all the instances of a movie/tv show downloaded or 'aired' at a torrent etc...
