Since it's a daily HABIT to see programs closing down, or just blocking accounts for no reason and the "links pulled" expression is getting popular..

what WordPress plugin do you use to change all the affiliate links with one mouse click, instead of going across 400 blogs to change every link manually?

There are many plugins out there to do this, just curious what were you using.

PHP includes are my program of choice.

I just use Search And Replace for that, which can be found here :

Tho I (re)command you to disable and delete the plugin after use. (1 risk less)

Or go with what Harmon said,
create a php file with the following

Code:

<?php 
header( 'Location: http://tour.mysponsor.com/blablah' ) ; 
?>

Now save it as Sponsor_Paysite.php and link to that where needed, if you ever gonna need to change this url, you just gonna do in secs.
