I got a small matter, yet, no reply, for two weeks now, emails and icq messages and nothing. Any ideas where they are ?

Well, I noticed they now implemented their own billing/merchant as main payment solution - so that might keep them busy.

good people at royal cash! one of the few programs with teen sites that convert 8) oh, and they have been launching a new site just a bit ago --- i bet that kept them busy also ;)

I emailed them today and got a very quick response.
Anytime I have dealt with affiliate managers in the past its been top service. One of less than 10 programs where I still have an account making referral money and this is 3-4 years later, they contacted me making me aware of a x,xxx balance I had there because I had not provided payment information and they pay on time every time I am due a payment.

Yup, that might have been a reason indeed. And btw, that new site sells pretty well for me so far!

Oh, and looks like the own merchant also had a nice effect on sales, at least for me.
