Good news for companies like Facebook I would imagine, probably not so good for the planet.

Most of the growth would be in under developed countries I'd imagine. What are they gonna do when they run out of food, medicine and living space?

Well... the biggest danger to this planet is overpopulation. I expect to see major famine and pandemics in the coming years.
