I'm really surprised that Fargo, Madison and Minneapolis aren't on that list.

We had nearly the warmest November on record in Syracuse this year. In past years with mild Novembers, the annual snowfall has been lighter (only 100 inches or so). So that's the hope around these parts!

I'm in Rochester too. We haven't seen a lick of snow here and it's been in the 60s more than once the past few weeks.
My parents are down on Conesus Lake. They've had a few dustings, but that's about it. |

They probably had a population minimum and while Denver will have qualified on population they only get just over 50" of snow per year. Go an hour west of Denver and you can at least triple that snowfall.

Yea I thought of that after I posted. A place like Telluride has a much smaller population.

I think that Rochester qualifies as a small to mid sized city. I think we've got a little over a million people in the city and surrounding county.

Its been a great year so far in Buffalo (if you don't like to much snow). I mowed the lawn and put in my driveway stakes for snow plowing on the same day last weekend. I will take this kind of weather all winter long.
We will pay for it later though with the lake being as warm as it is.
