whats good software or built in function to limit user accounts to only login during certain times.

You can use group policies to do this in Windows.

Yeah you want to use group policies. Google "Windows (your version here) policy editor"

Was about 6 years ago or so that I was admin of a large network. Pretty sure it's in group policy editor or possibly directly in "active directory > users".

I was for NT, so my opinion might be a little dated, LOL

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
