Mechbunny, probably the most popular tube script we host. It flat out works well for our customers.

I wrote my own. It's for a basic site though,no uploads, comments etc. although I'm working on adding some of that. If you need something basic to play hosted videos it's not hard to write your own. I just got a copy of tubex. Still playing with the templates some but seems like a good script for the price so far.
