I had a GFY'er hit me up a while ago asking if it was safe to go to certain countries as an adult webmaster (as I do so quite a lot). I told him as long as you dont have a big ass sign on your head saying you push porn you will be fine.
Really, use comon sense and you will be fine. Act as any other tourist and you will be fine. Paranoid.
