Looking for discounted frames, Know the model numbers from the local place here, curious if theirs a realiable place maybe cheaper than the $300-$500 they are asking here per frame.

I took a chance with a site called 39dollarglasses.com or similar. They had, for $39, the glasses that appeared to be the same as the $200 mall glasses. I figured it was worth a try. I'm very happy with them two months later.

The only difficulty I had was that the optometrist didn't put the distance between my eyes on the prescription. Interpupillary distance, they call it. So I asked my wife to carefully measure the distance between my pupils with a ruler. That worked fine, but when you get an exam it's probably easier to have the doctor write down the measurement for you.

what about lasik? heard it's pretty advanced nowadays

they can even make the color of your wites REALLY white, and turn dark eyes into blue ones
