Wow, really? People still chasing epass? We got all our money (except $1800) back within a few months of epass going under.

Five of us recovered 100% -- most from SKNB a little from the wallet.

I had $7300 in there and got it all out then Top Bucks paid me my aff payment which was sent to my Wallet and therefore I never got it. Kinda pissed me off at the time that they sent it knowing what was going on with ePass at the time. Oh well, no biggie it was only $200 which in the grand scheme of things wasn't terrible.

Glad I got the big amount back as it was about 3 weeks before I had to pay the deposit for my new house in Canada, wouldn't have killed us had I not got it but it certainly made things a bit easier.

The only people getting money back are people with Lawyers. At that you only get cents on the dollar, and legal fees will suck up half of what you actually get.

I think most people got the funds back which were on the VISA card as ePassporte did not have access to those funds (the cards were managed by the bank).

However I know of many people, including myself, who had funds on the wallet function, which was under direct control of ePassporte, and never saw a penny back. If I sum up the people I know I am already close to an easy 60k USD

Funny that at the time they advised everyone to put your funds in the wallet for security reasons.

I had no idea that there were people who hadn't been paid by epassporte. I got my $$$$ (about $800) a few months after ish went down. I never left funds in the wallet cuz I always withdrew my $$$$ from an ATM as soon as I got it, so those funds were on the visa. I guess I just assumed that since I got my $$$$, everyone else did too. I didn't realize some people were left unpaid

that's awful sorry y'all

I was lucky I guess, I had nothing in my wallet, and the 4 K that was on my "visa", I was able to draw from the ATM after a few weeks/months of confusion.

I feel bad the those of you who really got screwed with their wallet

A few people have claimed they got their money back, however nobody has posted any proof, so I am guessing they are just feeding the rumor mill, and stirring the shit pot ..
