Yes. I believe that at this point, anyone with a Gmail account has a G+ page as well. Though you might have to "activate" it with a few clicks.

You have people who enter, know how to take from the platform and not upset the balance. Next you have the fucking morons running the china shop with sledgehammers and axes just raping and pillaging.
