Mutt, I've never split tested on a site I own but Epoch bills the shit out of cards from all over the world on the webcam sites I've promoted. I've signed up with them myself with no problems while CCBill has blocked me for no good fucking reason at least once.

I've always felt epoch got more through. Using ccbill as a second though is a good plan.
