Designers to die for - step inside.
We are looking to set a long term contract with designer and not with design company, who is specifically great with creating high CTR promo ads, using his marketing talent and our prime content (not lousy misleading ads). The one who has already created many successful ads will get the job easily.
A lucky designer will get a lot of in-house tasks - we are talking here about a constant flow of custom work. Yeah good luck! We do lots of ads and graphic stuff but no flash. You guys do have awesome content though.
Fletch does everything himself though. All communication and work, no outsourcing. Had to add that. |
