Another AVS gone? cyberage?
Just visited their wm site:
"the CyberAge program is no longer accepting affiliates at this time. We wish you all the best in the future and thank you for your longstanding relationship. Existing Webmasters can continue to log in as normal." at least, almost gone

They've been gone for at least a year or so in that they weren't paying most webmasters.
