PayPal in Russia...
I heard it's working and it's allowed to accept payment but:
https://www.paypal-europe.com/englis...31182-12439-41 and it says: * PayPal users in Russia cannot receive or withdraw money at the moment So?

I receive money yesterday without any problem. And bought Leather Case Cover for Ipad3 without any problem today
