DMCA threats - Need advice - Told him to fuck off

I was threatened that this chick is underage. The guy (most likely her boyfriend) didn't send a proper DMCA just a bunch of threats. After I told him to go fuck himself he send me this.

According to this passport, her birth year is 1987 making her 26 years old. Am I right or am I wrong?

This chick was shot about 5 weeks ago by a colleague of mine. The shoot was 3 solo sets and 2 solo vids. He has all the legal documentation on her.

My beef is what's up with this guy threatening me when it's all legit! - This is why I told him to go fuck himself.

If it's all legit, and she just changed her mind, you still have to deal with a nutso bf or brother. Maybe offer to sell the rights to the content (if you own it now) so at least you profit?

We have actually done that to a model that regretted it.
She paid the costs for the shoot and a big part of the promotion that we had allready done while knowing that we could only remove it from our own site and not from the sites that had taken promo material.

Contacted my colleague - He faxed me over all the documents which are 100% legit! - Including a photo of her holding her own vehicle operators licenses.
