Amazon's "Local Deals"

So I guess amazon.com is doing a thing like groupon now, with local deals.

Today they spammed me with:

no reason not to buy it
1) my card is saved with them on file so one click

2) i order atleast once a week from the site so it will be used.

I am completely in love with mainstream shopping sites and one click type purchasing. It is so awesome. I probably spend way too much money online now because of it.

I wish adult could be like mainstream in that sense. I suppose it might just be too high risk to ever be that way though.

Technically, they're losing $1.65 million on the deal.

But I'm sure they more than make up for it. I buy whatever I can from Amazon.

Thanks to people like you, you're helping their advertising go viral. To Amazon, its a simple $5 advertising cost that brings in (hopefully) new customers. Great marketing on their part.

I know WG! Very true! lol... I love the way mainstream internet marketing is now. I have embraced the social thing and am amazed by viral marketing.

People spout off all day and it all ends up in conversions somehow. Everything is a product on the interwebs.
