Sounds like the beginning of war propaganda to me. I mean, not "war" but rather a "freedom movement" into North Korea where friendly bombs kill 10s of 1000s of civilians in the name of peace and humanitarian aid.

It's comical how small countries like North Korea beat their war drums but can't feed their own people, no less keep the power on. Their leaders don't care about their citizens at all. It's sad.

Disband and disarm and go live in a palatial villa for another 80 yrs on a hilltop knowing they finally did something smart for all of their people. If China wanted to help n. korea, they would send food aid.
