Why does googling his name lead to a lot of sites that deliver malware? What about Vasilis ******...who is he?

I REALLY want to know if anyone can tie these names or anything they are involved in to mansef, manwin or brazzers.

I know they have ties to Cyprus, that may be a lead. The names could also be fictitious. Im looking for any information here that can give me a history on them and any ties they may have to porn prior to a few months ago.
