I would never sign a contract with a model if she wants the content removed after death. I paid you for the shoot, I own the content. Besides that, how bad would it suck if we spent a week shooting tons of content, only for her to die in a car accident or something a week later. Let me just flush my money down the toilet.

Also, buying content from a content provider...I'd stay clear of sets that say I have to remove/destroy the content if the model dies. Again, pissing money away, just in smaller increments.
