Who is paying the best rates right now for pop unders? If I have a site that has 10k traffic... How many pop unders should I expect to get? Thinking that some people will block the pop under or not be from a country they pay for. I understand that it is subjective to some degree.

Ravo has a program paying $3 per 1000 pops, regardless of country (as long as you "keep a decent mix")

As a backup alternative you can use juicyads, but they pay out between $2 - $3 per 1000 pops, so having many pops, you will lose out in the long run. Ravo also have a very fair $50 minimum for payout and does not chage anything to payout, juicyads do charge $5 per payment. And you can choose check, paxum or payoneer inside Ravo's program FPC traffic.
