Yeah. Click on the tube you wish to edit, then hit Ad Zones and it's right at the top.

if i go over 80% towards pimproll ads then the slider shows the amount as XX% for both pimproll and Traffic Force, does this mean 100% to Pimproll ads?

XX for both means the custom setting for that tube is disabled and uses our default global setting (what it would be if you don't use a custom setting). It's just a way for you to know if that tube has a custom setting or not.

For now yes. We're open to feedback.

We're in the process of revamping the way PimpRoll ads are shown (they will be much "smarter"), as well as building better ads.

Look for an official announcement this week.
