I highly doubt you'll find this. All the traffic brokers I know operate on a prepaid basis only.

And, WHY would anyone offer credit to someone who is having "financial difficulties"? Sounds like a recipe for seeing your money go *poof*.

It was just a veiled reference to the fact that I was awaiting a late commission check from the OP at the time of my post. I've since received that check and it appears as if the delay was just an honest mistake.
