I'm not good with hand tools. It's one of my greatest frustrations in life. So once I saw this video, I was totally absorbed to it. Who would've thought that you can turn a big hunk of candy into a shot glass?

What's that rotating machine that made the chisel bore into the jawbreaker? I also realized the dust can be saved as pop rocks!

it's a lathe, it's what you turn bowls, plates, pepper grinders, table legs, bed posts, pens, key chains, duck calls, etc. with.

Seen Duck Dynasty yet? their the hicks that build a multi million dollar duck call business, their wooden calls are hand made on a lathe

The small colorful cup was carved pretty well. He used a hand saw to cut it off at the end. He uses the chisel for a long time. His accuracy is impressive.
