Short the market for the next 7 or 8 quarters. Look at SDS (ETF), it shorts the s&p with 3x the leverage.
place a stop loss above the most recent high, keep moving it in the direciton of the trade.

Pick 3 different stocks (or etfs) with high options trading volume.
Buy out-of-the-money puts or calls which expire within two months for each of them. Spread money as evenly as possible between the 3 Get set up with Level 2 quotes. Keep trading and be sure to never hold a contract for more than 3 business days.

Depends on how much, several high risk possibilites come to my mind but none of those is really fast.
Fast = 99 pct. of the time either a legitimized or a real scam. Loaning is one option, you need to have a thick skin for that though, lots of people have no sense of legality, and their limited way to deal with money corresponds with their limited mental / life abilities, most of them will sign pretty much anything. Ask all the pawnbrokers on the street where I live now.
