I was reading about this article yesterday. William Saturno, a Boston University archeologist, discovered a much more precise lunar calendar that was meticulously painted in a mural. It says that 2012 isn't exactly the last day of the Mayan calendar.

So does this mean that we're a few thousand years early to say that it'll be the end of the world?

This information was not found until 2012?

That almost makes me want to make a bunker and hunker down with Choker. When they start saying there is nothing to worry about, that's when you should worry. ;-)

The MAYANS never Predicted that the world would end in 2012. It was just the END of that calendar cycle and that had already happened a number of times before.
