:stop IPv6 is going to be a pain in that ass....

I was just thinking about it this morning.

A load of stuff that we use is going to be useless and at least need a major update.

Things like GeoIP, Trade scripts, Membership site scripts, Advertising scripts etc.

We have to have it - I just wonder how many of us are starting to prepare and how many will be 'Oh fuck, nothings working'....

Nobody is prepared for anything with IPv6... they are still selling routers which don't even support it...

Every commercial router that you would see in production fully supports ipv6 today. Cisco now sells their home version routers that support ipv6.

The issue is the cable providers and a like really don't want to spend the money for ipv6 for the end user equipment.
