To be fair, I think that the owners of those URLs are just sitting on them so that the really bad guys don't get a hold of them and really do some real damage.

Those domains are mostly garbage. I can't imagine a really bad guy would register those if they were trying to damage someone or something.

If they can sue people in the U.S. then U.S. people ought to be able to sue them too. How are Manwin's repeat infringer policies these days?
