    In need of payment processor

    Hello all,

Im new here. Wanted to see if the masses could help me out with something.

Im looking for a payment processor that can also offer a prepaid card however, after a few months of research, I came to understand there is a new law imposed on all foreign money service business's moving money in/out of the US that requires them to be registered with finCEN and other governmental organizations. Not too mention every single US state.

The only reason im nervous about going with just any processor is because I was also told that any processor not properly licensed can have all its funds seized and then fined up to $2000 per transaction. Obviously I wouldnt want any of my earnings to get caught up in some kind of seizure.

All this to say, I wasnt able to find a list of the processors already registered and was hoping to get some insight from you guys as I imagine you are all curious and/or knowledgeable in this respect. I also know there are a number of reps from the leading processors that frequent the board and was hoping you could chime in also?

    Thanks in advance,

Zombaio can do this. Redpass is their 'prepaid card'. They're pretty reliable and stable for the most part except when you want to get paid via ACH.

Thanks for the help. Anyone else have any input?

I was looking at Paxum for their prepaid card but again, Im not sure whether they are properly licensed. Anyone from Paxum here that can confirm this?

I've heard and read all about the epassporte debacle and definitely dont want to be involved in an outfit that may eventually have problems with the US government....

Well, its not a secret but I would rather not share it until its live. Im trying to secure the processing prior to this and I know it can sometimes take a while. Lets just say it involves sex challenges and gambling...

Again, not a secret but its not relevant to the help im looking for. I appreciate any help you guys are willing to give.

                Cheers,

Bump! In the hope more people can offer help.

Are there no reps on this board from any of the billing companies....?

                    Hi there,

Paxum is a Canadian Incorporated company and we are registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business.

We offer P2P services that are instantly delivered, as well as multiple funding and withdrawal options so you have flexibility with your money. We are a global ewallet payment service.

We do NOT offer 3rd party credit card processing. You can find 3rd party credit card processing with a number of other billers/processors who regularly post here such as Netbilling, SegPay, CommerceGate, Epoch, CCBill etc.

I'd be happy to talk with you to see if Paxum can serve your needs. I'm unsure your specific needs from the content of this thread. Please feel free to contact me through any of the following, or let me know the best way to contact you and I'll be happy to do so.
