I've just tried making homemade Twinkies during the weekend based on this video. Now I've been trying to find a healthier version without the corn syrup and too much sugar. As it turns out agave nectar is a much better substitute for the filling. And instead of wheat flour, I use coconut flour. I served this to my daughter and she fucking hated it!
