watched it last night and left me with mixed feelings a bit...

sure amazing job, effects etc, but felt like the magic wasnt there. Maybe just my mood i guess

I thought it was amazing. Watching it in Imax 3d hfr might partly have been a reason for that too.

saw it in normal 3d, hrf was dubbed and wouldnt stand it lol

sure looked amazing but beeing a tolkien addict since childhood maybe i was waiting too much..

Walked out of theater, couldn't last more than 2 hours even drunk. Not my type of movie at all...

Rarely watch fiction and the last one that got me excited was Inception. Now that's a movie, still watch on dvd from time to time.

watched in 3d, amazing job how all looks, but story is mix of kid horror story, no hobbits dead after all the shit, lol

Saw it and thought it was so so. Much more targeted for a kids audience then the LOTR.

Kinda with you here. Compared to the first lotr it just wasent the same. I can't put a finger on it. Did I expect to much. Maybe. The hobbit to me just felt... Rushed.

Watched it few days ago and i can say it's gonna be a great sequel.
The movie is great, specially if you are a LODR fan.
Can't wait for part 2.
