All-Here are the facts:

-Garrett has resigned to pursue other entrepreneurial opportunities
-John Perry will resume day to day management
-John has 20+ experience in the banking industry (Wells Fargo, First Data, Nova) and with the card associations
-John will be at the iBill facility 3 to 4 days a week and is available 24X7
-Garrett will support the transition of day to day operations to John Perry
-Intercept is committed to iBill and helping us grow our business
-iBill continues to be profitable and has a growing revenue base
-There are no other planned management changes

Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] if you have any additional questions.

Actually, he's been trying to for quite awhile. Ibill just didn't relocate their offices this time.

Bleh, no one in that company deserves a promotion, least of all to CEO. If they really wanted to change things, they should fire every incompetent asshole and start over.

Bender did pretty good.. made some money off the sale.. and now he can leave.. Excellent business move..

And Ibill is still sucking ass...

They should tap someone from outside to manage that piece of shit.. maybe that way they get back on track.

Cathy,
Your facts leave open alot of questions:
-How can John Perry be expected to run IBILL day to day operations competently if he is off to Atlanta every week and has at best a 60-80% time in office? Especially since he is taking control of something that took years of fulltime work for Garrett to get a good handle on? Every company that I have ever seen that has absentee leadership suffers greatly, and it can only be pulled off by leadership that knows completely the ins and outs of the business. John Perry does NOT know the ins and outs yet, no way. You speak of 20 years but he has less than 6 weeks experience working with the high risk portfolio that the adult market is. He is unproven and more to the point he brings with him agendas from the Intercept mothership that are unknown.

-Is Intercept's management committed to the adult market? Or, are we just something that they would like to keep hush hush so that the institutional investors wont bail out and push Intercept's stock to levels where they would be in violation of their debt covenants and looking at Chapter 11? Everything seems to point to that Intercept wants to grow the Weather Channel type business and not the adult market. Listening to their press conference, John Collins seemed extremely less than enthusiastic over the adult portion of the IBILL business.

Cathy, does this mean we will no longer be getting the "Have you been paid by IBill this month?" threads?

IBill suck, they take other peoples money and then are hanging on to it, plus charging a fortune for the service.

Too Little, Too Late.

And the fact that the new guy in charge is going to be in the office 3-4 days a week... well golly gee, is that supposed to be impressive? Last I checked, most businesses run 5 days a week - but again, what the customers are doing and what their needs are has never been of much importance to iBill.

Scoreman you made some excellent points.
But lets face it the core of Ibills problems stems from bad or non existent support. Software that is so out of date it fails every time a new facility is added and its attitude to the Adult business stinks. I sen

IBill Cathy,

What's the point of contacting you for more information ? Or contacting you for anything for that matter ?

Tell me why your company is hanging on to the reserves of many clients who had the sense of mind to stop using IBill ?

Your company owes us and several of our business partners money. Being former clients just waiting on reserves we cant access any reports and have no idea about cheques or payouts.

Your company sucks, and I dont care much for your spin either.

damn, if they improve drastically i won't be able to sell my services as a local webmaster representative to visit the FL i-bill offices and complain in person for you.

I guess I need to find another source of supplementary income.

All I can say is I know there are A LOT of happy people to see some heavy changes going on at iBill. Also, for "Cathy" being a real person, yes she's real, actually a nice person, but without her protector there, she wont be there long either. The whole "Garrett Group" was brought in as a package deal, so my assumption would be the whole package will be replaced.

Intercept has stated that they did not know how much adult ibill was, hard to believe, but look at the sales person that sold it to them, he has been selling to all webmasters that everything is fine and of course you will get paid.

I see this as the beginning of a major down slide for ibill, and things are going to get worse, and then ibill will be gone. The main investors of intercept are religious fanatics of old school and will not tolerate adult porn as a part of their portfolio - so what do you think will happen.

all i can say is FIND A NEW BILLING SYSTEM, cuz iBill is broken, has been broken, and aint gonna get fixed.
