Email marketing company suggestions?
Here is what I'm trying to do, any suggestions on what works best? Currently Im using a service from InfusionSoft.com but a number of their outgoing emails are going into people's spam/junk folders.
We call people to send them information about marketing services, I get their email and then want to do the following: 1) email them the materials. in the email will be a LINK that they have to click to download the PDF. I want to be able to track who clicks on the link and who doesn't 2) after the click on the link, then they get another email 24 hours later with more content and a sales pitch. in this email there are two links, one for another PDF and one for a signup form. I want to know who clicked on what 3) if the person does not convert to a sale, then I want to have another email sent out the next day with another link to an order form. 4) if they still don't convert, I want an email sent to me (or whomever) saying this person wont buy This is pretty basic stuff IMO but I can't seem to find a provider that will do this without having to setup 87 different steps and "events." Any suggestions? BTW, the PDF files are all the same, I just need to know on an individual basis who does what.

AFAIK Infusion is the only one who allows for automatic follow-up on non-buyers. Wth others, like Aweber, you'd have to do this manually, which is a pain in the ass.

the problem is, they don't keep up on their email marketing side so emails being sent out often end up in spam or junk folders
