Mister Marcus revealed that when his doctor found Syphilis it was in stage two. Stage Two or secondary Syphilis is a very different treatment from stage 1 or primary Syphilis, It is a regimen of 1 shot a week for three weeks and a follow up test to make sure that they cured it. so his statement that his doctor gave him a shot and told him he would be OK to work in ten days is more bullshit.

He also indicates that he was first diagnosed in June, that part is on the tape but not in the printed interview, I have confirmed it. no it take syphilis 1 to 3 months to progress to stage two, so it means he was infected and positive in May, probably in April and possibly in March as well.

If he told the FSC that he was in the secondary stages they and APHSS have perpetrated a GIANT fraud you should all know that secondary Syphilis is HIGHLY contagious, it affects not just the genitals but all of your lymph nodes and mucus membranes and can be passed simply by kissing.

also the part about him first testing pos in june is a bit ambiguous after lestening to it again but no matter if it was june or july he was positive in june may prolly april and possibly as far back as march or before.

Too much speculation here...but plenty of grounds for a serious investigation, since not only is Mr Marcus a performer, but he is also a director/producer, who should have understood the ramifications of his actions, but put money before health and safety.

I'm not a big fan of blacklists, but if what has been reported is in fact true, that Mr Marcus deliberately misled people about his test results, then I doubt that I would hire him in any capacity in this industry ever again (not saying others shouldn't, however I would not hire him under the circumstances due to his disregard for the health and safety of others, and the backlash that the entire industry is now going to face as a result of his willful decision to put others at risk, and work without a 100% clean test).

The fact that he was able to conceal, and took steps to hide, his infection, make his actions appear criminally negligent at least for exposing/infecting others, and underscores why each director on set needs to personally verify the HIV/STD tests of all performers.

I's sure Michael Weinstein (AHF) is basking in all of this, as it will gain him more media time and provide him with more fundraising fodder for his thinly veiled anti-porn crusade.
