Ppc ads
I know some may not give up that good game for free..
Though what sponsors convert good with google or yahoo ppc ads?

it only works if you can track which keywords/search phrases trigger the signups which isn't as easy to do in adult unfortunately. Doubt many would reveal who/what converts even though there are so many variables involved
