No, but the UK has a base on the moon, it's operated by SHADOW and they even have a satellite which detects UFO's, it's called SID (Space Intruder Detector).

Have no reasons not to think that US did that. They got the necessary things, they got the guys and the balls to do that. Why not ?

I'm wondering though why no one repeated this after the "first man" on moon?
It's close - we see it every day. It has low gravity - the technique and equipment are advanced. So why there's no more "landing" on moon ?
