All those sponsors offering white labels put them all on single IP.

What happens if one "rogue affiliate" uses spamming and black hat techniques to drive more SE traffic to his site(s) and gets penalized by google?

Will that affect other sites on the same IP?

Just noticed more than 100 new sites appeared in few days on same IP used for webcamwiz white labels and there are many older sites on same IP which have 10000s of forum/blog comment spam links.

Google usually penalizes sites/domains, not IPs.

the domain will get penalized not the ip

You're better off integrating your WL into your own network than hoping for enough direct SE traffic to make it worthwhile

kind of contradictory from some other aspect of seo but i guess that's it then.
