If I wanted to accept Bitcoins at a website, what are my options? Franck?

What's out there for accepting bitcoins? Two scenarios:

- Using tools someone else has made

- Using tools I make myself..

As I understand, you have a sort of hash ID that acts like a bank account #, and anyone can ship you money with no fees whatsoever, is that correct?

So at the most basic level, to accept bitcoins all I'd have to do is post my hash ID and have people send me coins, and a system to recognize that I've received money and to take X actions based on that?

They ever declared explicit adult sites support?
I ask because they prohibit "obscene" and "certain sexually oriented" stuff:

https://bitpay.com/terms
(e) items that are considered obscene
(g) certain sexually oriented materials or services

What is obscene, and according to what country's law? What is the "certain" in "certain sexually oriented stuff"? Too vague, they (and any other bitcoin processor) should provide a list what is ok and what not. Anything can be obscene or a "certain" service, so is BitPay checking your site content for "obscenity" before to accept you? If not, can someone report you for selling "fisting" (i.e. fist-fucking, brachioproctic insertion), "Urolagnia" (i.e. urophilia, golden shower, watersports), or [insert here a fetish, there's a whole wikipedia list], which despite being not specified in TOS, make you being terminated on surprise?

In fact, bitcoins are used (via Tor/.onion proxies) for illegal stuff, so no limits and all ok bitcoin-side. Adult sites use cc (CCbill, Epoch, merchant accounts) so all are limited by Visa and MC list, which include: bestiality, incest, rape, extreme sado-masochism, defecation etc., which in some cases it is more strict than the law, especially in some freedom-oriented countries or states. And Visa/MC ask bigger % fees to adult sites than mainstream ones with excuse of high risk, like a bribe. Still Bitpay or anyone else operating legally will use a bank, so should the bank know of porn and still be happy of that; what if the bank does not know (or know too little) and is reported of an (obscene) porn site.. then bank spanks the bitcoin processor, who suddendly must terminate all the adult accounts, not to have own bank account terminated.

They accept adult sites and can integrate with NATS4. I also heard MPA3 may be adding them soon.

That said, I don't think I would try to sell extreme content through them. Probably not worth the risk of getting shut down.
